The same phylodynamic tools apply well beyond influenza and SARS-CoV-2. This area gathers the lab’s collaborations on the genomic epidemiology of other respiratory and enteric viruses — respiratory syncytial virus, metapneumovirus, parainfluenza, rhinovirus, norovirus and rotavirus, HIV, and the coronaviruses of pigs — together with its work on phylodynamic methods and on international training in phylogenetic analysis.
