SARS-CoV-2 in humans
Global genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 has been strikingly uneven, and the gaps are not random. We work with partners in low- and middle-income countries to characterize viral diversity where sequencing capacity has been thinnest, and on the methods needed to draw sound phylogeographic conclusions from sampling that is anything but uniform.
